1. Refund Policy

-    Every effort will be made to keep the freshness. However, if they are totally spoiled and cannot be used, we give only 100% of cost of flowers as refund and not the FedEx charges. You have to support your claim with photo.

-            USA made garlands and flowers are freah and stay fresh for two to three days.. If they are totally spoiled and cannot be used, we will give 100 % cost of flowers as refund and not FedEx charges. Please support your claim with photo.

-              Every effort will be made to ship the products on time. If the product arrives latter than the ceremony date due to reasons beyond our control, we will not refund the cost. Please do not return the goods.

-              If the product arrives latter than the ceremony date due to our failure to ship on time, request for refund via e-mail giving the details why you could not use the flowers you received. Your money will be refunded. Do not send the flowers back. If they are in good condition, donate them to the temple in your town.

-              If the Wedding and/or Reception was cancelled or postponed, the $500 deposit received will not be refunded.
