1. Refund Policy
- If the goods arrived completely spoiled and not useful, you do not ship back the goods. Take photos of good received and e-mail to us requesting refund. We will refund 100 % of the charges to your credit card.
- Every effort will be made to ship the products on time. If the product arrives latter than the ceremony date due to reasons beyond our control, we will not refund the cost. Please do not return the goods.
- If the product arrives latter than the ceremony date due to our failure to ship on time, request for refund via e-mail giving the details why you could not use the flowers you received. Your money will be refunded. Do not send the flowers back. If they are in good condition, donate them to the temple in your town.
- If the Wedding and/or Reception was cancelled or postponed, the $500 deposit received will not be refunded.
