Delivery charges and transportation charges Policy:

The price shown in the catalogue does not include shipping or transportation cost. The shipping cost within USA and Canada will be the actual cost incurred via UPS next day air service.

For Wedding and/or Reception services the travel cost will be based on $0.60 per mile on return mileage from Buffalo, NY, to the place of wedding.

It is your responsibility to arrange for an accommodation for two people (i.e. one room with two beds) at or near the place of wedding hall.

To book our service for wedding and/or reception you must sign a purchase contract and make a $200 deposit. To obtain a copy of our purchase contract, you can print it out from this site or contact us at (716)838-0844. The balance is payable after the wedding.

There is no delivery charge for Flowers and Gifts delivered in India.

Return and refund policy:

If the goods arrived completely spoiled and not useful, we will refund 100% of your money. You do not ship back the goods. Every effort will be made to ship the products on time. If the product arrives latter than the ceremony date due to reasons beyond our control, we will not refund the cost. If the product arrives latter than the ceremony date due to our failure to ship on time, your money will be refunded.

If the Wedding and/or Reception was cancelled or postponed, the $200 deposit received will not be refunded.
